About Rachel Blacker

Raised in Western Sydney Rachel describes her upbringing as a ‘crash course in human emotions.’ Her challenging childhood led to a radical lifestyle change when she started practicing meditation and yoga in her early 20’s. After her mother passed away of cancer in 2011 at 46 years of age, Rachel made a promise to fully embrace and enjoy her moments in order to honour the gift of life that her mother had given her. A consequent move to the coast saw her take up surfing and she discovered a love for the sea.

While Rachel had made a promise to embrace her life, there were still some past patterns and conditioning that needed to shift in order to do so. She went on to study Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Life Coaching and Counselling to help achieve this. She found exactly what she was looking for and discovered strategies, tools, techniques and skills that helped her create an entirely new mindset from which to view her experiences. This shift in her perspective contributed significantly to leading a fulfilling and enriched life…

…She now embraces a deep connectedness with presence and credits this as being the quintessential element for a ‘successful’ life. Through this connection, moments of deep peace and appreciation can be found and this is something she wishes to share with others to help them connect deeply with the inner source of their true power.

Living in alignment with her truth, Rachel calls a camper van home and combines travel and work, letting the feeling of new places and nature inspire her. She is also passionate about writing, teaching and making resources available to assist others in their spiritual awakening. Her audio meditation downloads, courses, blogs and books have been inspired by this calling.
