You’ll also have access to additional content added to the members area.

The course is designed so that each module takes about a week to complete; or six weeks to complete the entire course. However, the course is self-paced, so you can complete the modules at a pace that works for you.
One week is recommended for each module in order to get the most out of the exercises and to allow time for introspection.

1–2 hours per week is enough to watch the lessons and familiarise yourself with the weekly exercises.
We also recommend using the grounding exercise and/or guided meditation daily (30-45mins) .
Weekly exercises involve introspective observation, which is done as you go about your everyday life and recording these observations onto a worksheet (approx. 1hr).
Overall, you can expect the modules to take 5-6 hours per week.
