How do you Stop Thinking?
When asked at an author interview, 'How do you stop thinking?' Rachel replied, 'I don't.' Then went on to explain that having a focus on stopping thinking isn't always helpful, especially if it results in greater tension. In this video you will learn how to calm your thoughts, without a focus on 'trying' to stop thinking. By redirecting your focus to something that is in this moment that doesn't stimulate unhelpful or detrimental thoughts, you can divert attention out of the mind and back into the present. This can help you reset, bringing calm, which can further buoy you throughout life's challenges. And then, the mind can become still, allowing your true nature to emerge. With practice, you can visit this space often and more readily.
