How to use these meditations:

  1. Choose a meditation and press play. You can listen online or download the track to your device by selecting ‘Download’ in the audio player.

  2. Set aside some time in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.

  3. Choose a position that suits you, whether sitting or lying down and close your eyes. You may want to use a blanket to stay warm. It's recommended to use earphones for the best experience.

Wellbeing Meditation - 20 mins

If you don’t have a lot of time and would like a quick meditation that you can utilise daily, then this one is perfect for you. This meditation is 20 minutes in duration and is designed to take you into a relaxed state quickly. The track is backed by soothing music to lull you into a state of deep relaxation as your attention is drawn inwards. You will be gently guided into the present moment and give yourself some much-needed TLC with some breath awareness and progressive muscle relaxation. Thereafter, you will receive positive messages that will sink deeply into your subconscious mind and are designed to promote presence, awareness, emotional balance and calm during your daily activities. This meditation is best utilised when laying down.

Magnetise Your Soulmate Meditation - 40 mins

This guided meditation has been created by Rachel as an adjunct to her book ‘Finding the One- A Practical Guide to Manifesting Your Soul Mate.’ The book offers many techniques, processes and tools that you can use to shift your life experience so that you may move powerfully in the direction of your dreams. One of these techniques is meditation. This guided meditation is based on the meditation process that Rachel used in order to manifest her beloved into her life.
