Weekly Modules: Each module is designed to take about a week to complete. However, you may find that you need more or less time. Take the time you need, there is no rush!
Weekly Exercises: Accompanying each module are practical exercises designed to deepen your understanding and integrate the teachings into your life. Set aside dedicated time each week to complete these exercises consciously.
Progression: The modules build on each other, so it's ideal to follow the weekly schedule and complete the exercises in order. This will help you build a cohesive spiritual practice and gain the most from the course.
Reflection: Regularly reflect on your experiences and insights. Journaling can enhance your understanding and personal growth throughout the course. Additionally, you may find the grounding and guided meditation beneficial to use throughout the entire course.
