Lighten Up!
In this module, you'll discover how to become ‘lighter’ through visualisation, journaling and being present. These uplifting practices are designed to help you connect with your true self and enhance joy and peace. Embrace the lightness within and set powerful intentions to enjoy life from this space.

Every day, take 10-15 minutes to set intentions by using journaling or visualisation.

We do not guarantee overnight night success, rather, we aim to pass on foundational skills that will help bolster you as you move forward in life. We encourage you to make this course work for you! You may alter timeframes, tools and exercises to suit your needs. If, however, you are unsure at any stage, please feel free to send Rachel a message.
Meditation
This is a guided meditation and has space for you to apply your affirmation(s). The meditation lasts for 30 minutes, so set aside some time in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Choose a position that suits you, whether sitting or lying down and close your eyes. You may want to use a blanket to stay warm and it's recommended to use earphones for the best experience.
Feel free to use this meditation as often as you like! We suggest incorporating it into your daily routine (in conjunction with the grounding exercise if you would like).

Grounding Exercise
Feel free to continue with the grounding exercise if you wish. You might find the 30-minute guided meditation sufficient, or you may prefer to incorporate both meditations into your daily routine.
Worksheet
Over the next week, complete the worksheet, Five Things I Love Doing. You can download the document by clicking on the worksheet image.
Start by identifying and listing five things you love doing and would like to do more of.
At the end of the worksheet, answer the questions: What is the one thing I wish to do this week? What might pose a challenge or an obstacle? What’s the best way to make it happen?
Tip: If you don’t have a printer, you can use MarkUp in Preview to fill out the worksheet, or copy and paste the worksheet text into Notes.
Homework
Continue to use the 30-minute meditation, incorporating your favourite affirmation. Do this daily, if possible.

If you’re not feeling so light, that’s okay. Just start where you are, here and now.
Being enlightened simply means becoming lighter.

You are present.
You release resistance.
You do something you love.
You intend to find lightness in your moments.
